Who Is The Food Wiz?
Welcome to our site about cooking. Im a classically trained chef, and have worked in New York, West Virginia, Las Vegas, NV, and Hawaii.
I started my training in Hawaii at Kapiolani Community College, then graduated and attended the Culinary Institute of America with a Bachelors in Food Service Managment.
From there I did an apprenticeship at The Greenbrier in West Virginia, a 5 star 5 diamond resort.
I’ve opened restaurants in ski resorts, was the Executive Sous Chef at The Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas, NV, and am now the Corporate Chef for a company in Hawaii.
Over the years, it has been fun to help people learn to cook better, and to demystify some of the voo doo behind what we do.
